What types of RVs do you accommodate?
Rock River Commons accommodates fifth wheels, travel trailers, and motorhomes. RVs must be roadworthy and suitable for highway travel.

Do you offer full hookups?
Yes. Sites include water, sewer, and 20/30/50-amp electric service. RVs must connect directly to the provided sanitary sewer hookup during their stay.

Do you offer monthly or extended stays?
Yes. Rock River Commons is designed primarily for monthly and extended-stay guests, including traveling professionals, skilled trades, people relocating to the area, and others needing flexible longer-term accommodations.

Do you offer nightly or weekly stays?
Our primary focus is monthly and extended stays. Contact us regarding shorter-term availability.

What is included with my site?
Each site includes a dedicated RV pad and full utility hookups. Guests also have access to professionally maintained common areas and access to the Rock River.

Do you have riverfront sites?
Yes. Select sites are located directly along the Rock River and offer river views. Standard sites are located throughout the community and include access to the river through a shared park area.

Is electricity included in the monthly rate?
Electricity is separately metered and billed directly with ComEd. Specific utility terms will be provided before your reservation or lease is finalized.

How long can I stay?
Extended stays are welcome. Individual agreements are available for up to 12 months (+extension), subject to availability and community policies.

Are pets allowed?
Yes, pets are welcome subject to our community pet policies. Guests are responsible for keeping pets under control and cleaning up after them.

How do I reserve a site?
Submit an inquiry through our website. Our team will follow up regarding availability and next steps.

What amenities do you have?
Guests can enjoy the riverfront for fishing, relaxing, and enjoying the outdoors. Riverfront sites also offer direct river access and views.
